we never intended to solely run on weekdays.
sunday is a special day of the week. sometimes it is race day, but when it's not.. it's the perfect day to go long. and slow. sundays was made for that; smooth, soft, easy going. read a little bit more about why we created sundays.
the definition of 'long'.
going long is obviously very subjective. we don't really care about it. what's more important is that your mindset is hopefully different on sunday. more relaxed, less time-restricted. long can also be more of a discovery. stopping to see, hear, smell. a long one with your buddies, talking and running. a long one on your own, listening to that specific playlist or a 2 hour podcast.
what is 'slow'.
you may need devices to tell you what slow is for you, but over time you'll find your slow. for some it's still a pace which for others is not 'talkable'. but we all get to that point where we feel what is the right 'slow' for us. whether it serves your training purpose or the goal of getting in the zone that lets you order your worries, solve problems, or to start to see things differently; slow is good for the mind and the body.
talking 'distance'.
at 4T2 we do love the marathon. or any long distance and that is why we created sundays. we modified our road outsole to make it smoother for slower transitions. the midsole set up is 3+6=9mm drop for less strain on your achilles and calves. both modular components 'joie' and 'rise' are softer to serve your lsd. the upper is light, breathable and supportive around the mid foot. sundays is gender neutral and comes in shades of white, grey and black.

Wow, this is a comfortable shoe, really like the cushioning and design of my Sundays. The one aspect that keeps this review away from the five-star rating is that this model seems to be a smaller size in comparison to the others. I had to add a full size up from normally 43.5 up to 44.5. The customer service gave me that recommendation right from the beginning, so another great service experience with 4T2.

The 4T2 Sundays in vintage white are currently my favorite model…. along with the Weekdays! The Sundays are incredibly comfortable right out of the box requiring no break in period.The slightly wider toe box, secure fit in the heel, superb cushioning, and gorgeous looks make the Sundays a fantastic model. In addition everyone I have communicated with at 4T2 has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I can’t praise this company enough!!!!

Extraordinary shoe that fulfils what it promises. They are very, very comfortable (and I also have weekdays), very fresh and very stable (with some models with such a high midsole I don't feel the same). Premium materials, elegant colour. Totally recommended
These shoes are great for slow, easy runs. Softer under foot than weekdays but I still feel stable and well supported. And having a bigger drop (9mm) means I haven’t had to worry about issues with my achilles which I’ve had in the past. I have fairly narrow feet so there’s plenty of room in the forefoot but it doesn’t feel like too much room. I’m a big fan of the tongue design for the sundays, weekdays and get lost. It’s thin but not too thin. Also, the laces for all 4T2’s shoes are fantastic. I’m onto my second pair of sundays after running about 900km in the first pair.

love. love. love. Best running shoes I’ve ever used. 30 kilometres in with classic Sundays and a little more for the classic Weekdays. 4T2 understands running and runners. I had to go one size up for my Get Lost and Sundays limited edition pairs because I use slightly thicker running socks during the winters. The website definitely provides all the info to select the best size for you. Best running shoes, apparel, and overall company mantra. Thank you for getting me running again. ✌🏼

These are sweet shoes. I plan to golf in them because I walk the course instead of riding in a cart. Perfect for this!
I loved the appearance of these shoes (Sundays, Black colourway with the red laces) but had to return them unfortunately after running less than 40km. The sizing just didn't work for me (im a UK 11/11.5 mens depending on the brand). The mid and outsole was also too firm for my feet during my runs. Jurian and team were a pleasure to deal with throughout and I wish 4t2 all the best with it's plans!
